Clubhouse - The two story clubhouse is a hub of activities for Adriel Hill residents. A spacious upstairs includes a kitchen and two large rooms furnished with sofas, chairs, piano, fireplace and deck. Residents may reserve the upstairs area for meetings, family get-togethers or parties. The downstairs offers a pool table, ping pong, sauna, changing rooms and showers for attached pool.
Indoor/Outdoor Pool - The pool and hot tub area is the perfect place to relax with friends, enjoy a water aerobics class or bring the kids.
Golf Course - Grab your clubs and head for the small (six holes) but challenging course. There's no calling ahead for tee times!
Tennis Courts - Two full-sized courts are available. A basketball hoop gives residents and guests a chance to improve their game.
Mature Landscaping and Spacious Park Areas - Adriel Hills is located on 57 acres of grounds. Enjoy the seasonal changes and mountain views from your deck or when taking a stroll through the development.
Maintenance Free Living - Most units have a small courtyard and patio/deck which can be individually designed and cared for by residents. All common areas are maintained by Adriel Hills landscape crews. The exterior maintenance of units (i.e., painting, roofing) is cared for by Adriel Hills. Adriel Hills also takes care of snow removal of roads, parking areas.
Regular Get-Togethers - The Adriel Hills Hospitality Committee plans several annual events including a golf tournament, St. Patrick Day party, Fall Soup Supper and a festive Holiday Party. This is a great way to mingle with your neighbors and enjoy fun activities.
Management Structure - Residents take pride in actively participating in the governance of their community. A Board of Directors meets monthly to oversee various committees, the on-site manager, crew, and office staff as well as determine and set policy.
